Spring 2010 collection

I am excited about spring! I have many new pieces that I'm anxious to post on my etsy, but finding the time to take the photographs is the problem. I like showing pieces on models, I think it gives a better feel of how the piece will look in person and since I only have one friend that is a "real" model it's been tough. she's been sick...Maybe I will bug some of my other pretty friends. Everyone is so busy though.

Bobby is an excellent photographer, but it's tough getting him to shoot me. Not that he's not willing...it's just kind of a hassle for him. I take too long to get ready or I micro manage the shoot. He did offer to shoot me this week, so even though I planned shooting my model friend today(she sent me a text saying she was in bed taking NyQuil, feel better Courtney!) we will get the new pieces shot and posted soon.

These little leather rosettes remind me of Ireland...all the lush green.

While making these, the burning leather reminded me of the smell of burning peat.
