Last night we visited some good friends we haven't seen in months. They have a gorgeous home with a lovely big backyard that has the delicious aroma of spearmint! It was growing everywhere!
Of course, we got to take some home:) So today Gwyneth made some spearmint water, which is getting nice and minty for tonight's dinner.
I look forward to growing my own mint again someday. My friend's tip "make sure you plant it in a flower box...otherwise it will be everywhere":)
Maybe I can get hubby to pick me up some rum on the way home one night this week. Mojitos are one of my favorites!
