Last week a gal pal on fb linked this blog on her wall. I was so inspired that I had to make it with my kiddos too. Like a good little artist, I already had a stash of canvases ready and waiting. We just had to buy a couple new boxes of crayons. I hot glued the crayons and then let each of the big Gs take turns using the hair dryer on one of the canvases (so they each had their own). We really enjoyed this project and we're very happy with the way it turned out. I loved how quick it was and how the end design will be different for everyone. I plan on topping it with a coat of Mod Podge. Maybe it'll last forever!;)
As you can see we hung it proudly in our play area!
Hope you enjoy making your own!
Have a great week!

I really like this. I think I'll save this idea for a rainy day with Matthew.
that is so beautiful! i love how creative it is, yet simple enough that those of us without an artistic bone might be able to do it :) thanks for sharing.
