The Clothing Swap Was A Success!

...Thanks for asking.

Yes, looks like an indoor yard sale, but better, 'cause it's all FREE!

The Doll, Barbie ( crack myself up) she's wearing the birthday necklace I made her:)
My blogger buds:) Gorgeous military wives I sincerely respect.
Favorite find of the clothing swap:)
My all time favorite find at the swap! I'm wearing them as house slippers til Spring.

With my sweet & pretty Courtney. You may notice her from my etsy. She's normally blonde.

Have any of you ever been to one of these parties?
They ROCK!!!
I mean, what could be better?
Free clothes!

In case you have no idea what these parties are,
here is what my evite said when I hosted one.

Feng Shui your closet!
Score that "new-to-you" wardrobe,
recycle and help your community.

Relax, mingle, and swap (exchange)
clothes, shoes, accessories you no longer need or use.
No minimum required, no limit on how much you can take!
If you wish to leave behind unclaimed pieces, they will be donated.

Snacks and wine will be served,
but feel free to bring a snack or drink to share
and please invite a friend.  Hope to see you all...

I brought two big bags of not-my-thang-anymore clothes and
left with the same two bags full of new-to-me clothes!
Bessst Day Evvveerr!

I went to my first clothing swap last year
and since then it's been spreading like a wild fire among my circle of peeps.
Friends that came to my swap are now hosting their own.
It's become an awesome epidemic!

How fun. That sounds like an awesome time. So awkward about the lady looking through your bag. ha ha.

Oh gosh someone went through your bag AND called you a squirrel? Maybe you should have hid your bag a little out of sight the way I did lol. I didn't mean to it was just to big to prop on a table.
